Taking creatine powder isn’t exactly the highlight of my day. I’m sure I’m not alone here, but it never mixes well and the last sip sucks. I recently came across SWOLY Creatine Mono Gummies, a supplement that delivers all the benefits of creatine in a convenient gummy. I was curious (and skeptical), so I ordered some to let you know what I thought.
SWOLY Creatine Mono Gummies are strawberry flavored and contain 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving, which is the recommended amount to take daily. Packaged in a small compact container, SWOLY Creatine Mono Gummies are low in sugar and made with clean, tested, science-driven ingredients. Before I go deeper into the review, here are some initial pros and cons.
- Each serving contains the complete recommended dose of creatine
- Taste surprisingly good
- Really convenient
- Tons of positive customer reviews
- High-quality, clean ingredients
- Risk-free return policy
- More expensive than creatine powder
- Only 30 servings per container
- (Like with all creatine products) you have to take them for a while before you see the benefits

SWOLY Creatine Mono Gummies Review
After taking creatine powder for so long, I didn’t realize how much of a chore it actually is. SWOLY eliminates the inconvenience of measuring, mixing, cleaning, and dealing with a shaker bottle. Creatine Gummies are easy to take, easy to digest, and easy to throw in a gym bag.
Taste-wise, these gummies knock it out of the park. They don’t taste vitamin-y, they’re the perfect sweetness, and they’re not slimy like other gummy supplements we’ve tried. Compared to unflavored creatine powder, SWOLY Gummies have fewer servings and are a little pricier. But the convenience and taste make them a clear winner in our book (whoop-whoop!).
All in all, I’m surprised at how much I like SWOLY Creatine Mono Gummies. They’re convenient, taste fantastic, and are hands down my new favorite way to take creatine. SWOLY did an incredible job creating a creatine supplement that’s actually enjoyable to take, yet still has the same amount of creatine we were getting before with powder.
