I have been given a free trial of a supplement called Bromalite. I will start using it on January 2nd 2009, so I don’t have an accurate review quite yet. My plan is to use Bromalite for 30 days and then write a fair, honest, unbiased review, whether negative, positive, or neutral.

Lately I’ve been waking up kinda sick a couple mornings each week, especially after eating a big meal the previous evening. Basically, I have been experiencing gastrointestinal distress. I’ve always had really annoying issues digesting dairy and wheat products, so when I remembered that I got this bottle of Bromalite, I decided that I would try it.

What is Bromalite?

As you can tell from the title of this post, Bromalite is an all natural digestive enzyme supplement. It was designed to provide a gentle colon cleanse, improve over-all digestion, and burn fat.

These are the benefits of Bromalite as far as I can tell:

  • Contains Pro-Biotics
  • Reduces parasites, worms, toxins, and chemicals
  • Burns fat and boosts your metabolism
  • Thermogenically burns fat cells
  • Boosts your energy levels
  • Gets rid of fatigue
  • Boosts immunity
  • Full of antioxidants
  • Cleanses your colon and internal organs
  • Extremely good for your heart health

Why Use Bromalite

I decided to try the free trial because my digestive system needs an upgrade. I am not really trying Bromalite for its fat burning properties, but more for its the benefits of Lactobacillus Acidophilus and Bifidobacterium, which are both great digestive aids.

Bifidobacteria

Bifidobacteria are one of the many bacteria that make up the gut flora, the bacteria that reside in the colon. Bifidobacteria aid in digestion, are associated with a lower incidence of allergies, and also prevent some forms of tumor growth.

Lactobacillus acidophilus

Lactobacillus acidophilus gets its name from lacto- meaning milk, -bacillus meaning rod-like in shape, and acidophilus meaning acid-loving. This bacterium occurs naturally in the human and animal gastrointestinal tract, and is generally known for fermenting lactose into lactic acid.

Lactobacillus acidophilus may be considered a probiotic or “friendly” bacteria. These types of healthy bacteria inhabit the intestines and protect against some unhealthy organisms. The breakdown of nutrients by L. acidophilus produces lactic acid, hydrogen peroxide, and other byproducts that make the environment hostile for undesired organisms. He also tends to consume the nutrients many other microorganisms depend on, thus out-competing possibly harmful bacteria in the digestive tract.

Papain

Papain helps break down tough meat fibers and protein toxins. It is used in many antidotes for allergies to stings from bees, jellyfish, wasps, spiders, snakes, and mosquitoes because of its ability to break down the toxins in venom. Papain is also used in topical ointments to help remove dead or contaminated tissue in acute and chronic lesions, such as diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, varicose ulcers, and traumatic infected wounds.

Supreme Weight Loss and Vitality Blend

All of the ingredients in this blend are very high in antioxidants. On paper, this looks to be a great product that will help my digestive system, clean out any meat-based sludge in my intestines, and provide antioxidant protection from free radicals. It seems that Bromalite would be an awesome companion supplement to a 100% pure acai berry product.

In conclusion, I don’t know anything about Bromalite yet. It seems like it will be a good product, but I will try it and review it for you. I will use Bromalite throughout January and will update you on the progress.

  1. I too am trying bromalite, and I had no problem with the canceling thing. I have already been on it for a week and sometimes don’t even have a bowel movement! This week I started adding nature’s best acai berry, so we will see. I was just wondering if you found any success in the bromalite? Is it worth it to keep taking it?

  2. I had no problem canceling my order, (which is what my intentions were in the first place). I agree with Steve, it really is just an issue of consumers’ lacking common sence, not shady business practices. Come on right on the order info page they tell you, if you don’t call to cancel we will continue to bill the crap out of your account. But they keep sending you product so wheres the scam???????

  3. Hi Steve,
I’d really like to read your results on the bromalite product. I am trying to get past all the issues people seem to be having with billing and actually try the product. If it works as suggested, I think it may infact be worth the money.

  4. Also, I’ve been using the Bromalite for 3 days now and I haven’t had any digestive issues since. Usually when I eat cheese and other dairy products I end up with a stomach ache or indigestion or something, but nothing so far in 3 days.

  5. See, most people manage to order the free trial and cancel the subscription before incurring any additional fees. It’s not like this offer is a scam, you just have to read the terms & conditions and take the proper steps to cancel. I would never order a free trial without finding out if there are any strings attached. Then I would order the trial and cancel anything I had to cancel to avoid getting charged. I just think some people can’t handle common sense.

  6. I too signed up for the free trial when I heard all the horror stories I canceled all of my subscriptions and have not had any negative experiences so far. I just got the free trial in the mail but am too afraid to use it because of the company’s shady business practices. If it does work I would love to know since they did not require me to return the free trial.

  7. I was going to really promote this Bromalite product, but since I posted this I have had no less than 5 people warn me to cancel my subscription. Therefore I will not promote this product on my site due to all the complaints.

One more thing, I didn’t sign up for a free trial of this stuff. The company sent me a free trial without my submitting any credit card info… they contacted ME to try their product. I guess I’ll be safe in that case.

  8. you better cancel your subscription with Bromalite ASAP. they will bill the crap out of your accounts.. even after you try to cancel. it it hard to get ahold of anyone. bromalite is a SCAM. good luck to you.
