Green Tea and Acai Berries are products that have been growing in popularity for several years now. Typical of ancient herbs from the Chinese culture, Green Tea is loaded with healthy nutrients like antioxidants that will give you energy, assist with weight loss, and fight a number of diseases. Acai berries are also loaded with antioxidants and vitamins, and they taste great too! Why not take it to the next level and use a green tea with acai product? And what better way than to choose a green tea product infused with acai?!

Let’s examine just how supplementing using green tea with acai can help keep us healthy and trim.

Green Tea, Acai, and Good Health

Our health is a top priority for most of us, for without it, the quality of life we enjoy rapidly declines. Boosting immune function with a balance of green tea, diet, exercise, and restful sleep will help protect you from all sorts of nasty diseases and conditions.

This product combination helps fight such maladies as:

  • Viruses
  • Bacteria
  • Free Radicals
  • Cancer
  • Digestive Problems
  • High Blood Sugar
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Rheumatoid Arthritis
  • Cardiovascular Disease
  • Infection
  • Stained Teeth From Coffee

Green tea also supplies natural antioxidants in the form of Vitamin E and polyphenol catechins. These nutrients work together to slow aging and repair damaged tissue. In fact, clinical tests have shown that catechins destroy free radicals and have a wide variety of positive effects on the entire body.

Green Tea, Acai, and Weight Loss

Acai Berry with Green Tea burns fat naturally and increases metabolism. The antioxidant compounds I mentioned earlier, work with other nutrients to increase levels of fat oxidation and thermogenesis, where heat is created in the body by burning fuels such as fat. For effective weight loss, it helps to use the product regularly to increase your metabolism and help burn fat safely and naturally. I personally like a cup in the morning and early in my work day to help keep my brain going strong. It’s also great on ice!

More Reasons to Try Green Tea with Acai Berry

Aside from everything mentioned above, Acai Berry with Green Tea fits nicely into your schedule and helps you avoid other beverages that might not be so good for you. Just for example, by avoiding such products as sugar-fortified energy drinks and coffee, you will experience a healthier digestive system and whiter, healthier, cleaner teeth.

By using green tea and acai you also get these benefits:

  • Save time! Brew a single bag and get all the benefits you would if you ground the tea from scratch and munched on a handful of acai berries.
  • Consume as many nutrients in 1 packet, as you would get from brewing 1 gallon of black tea by hand.
  • Save your teeth by replacing your daily cup of coffee with something that has far less acid and won’t stain your teeth.
  • Increased energy! Green Tea with Acai Berry is also an energy supplement. Used twice a day, it will provide a steady supply of energy all day long.
  • Start losing weight instantly, but in a healthy way. Acai Berry with Green Tea is designed to help you lose weight efficiently, but not hazardously like most fad diets and weight loss pills.
  • Brain power! This wonderful product also stimulates your brain. Take an hour or so before an important business meeting and prepare to impress.

Prove It!

Still not convinced? Read the details of this recent study:

A clinical study on green tea has yielded evidence of increased energy and weight loss facilitation. [1] It was determined that green tea catechins cause significantly elevated fat oxidation when compared to individuals using a placebo. The results of the study were summarized nicely by Dr. Nicholas Perricone, who recommends a healthy diet, green tea, and exercise for weight loss success. Dr. Perricone says:

“Compared to the placebo and caffeine, consumption of green tea extract with acai produced a significant 4% increase in 24-hour energy expenditure. The researchers indicated that their findings have substantial implications for weight control. A 4% overall increase in 24-hour energy expenditure was attributed to the green tea extract.

The research found, however, that the extra expenditure took place during the daytime. This led them to conclude that, since thermogenesis (the body’s own rate of burning calories) contributes 8-10% of daily energy expenditure in a typical subject, that this 4% overall increase in energy expenditure due to the green tea actually translated to a 35-43% increase in daytime thermogenesis.”

  1. The main reason why green tea (specifically oolong tea) aids weight loss is due to the polyphenols which help to excrete dietary fat from the body before it can be absorbed into the blood. This research paper explainsthe process well: Polyphenol-enriched oolong tea increases fecal lipid excretion. By Hsu TF, Kusumoto A, Abe K, Hosoda K, Kiso Y, Wang MF, Yamamoto S. Published in Eur J Clin Nutr. 2006 Nov;60(11):1330-6. Epub 2006 Jun 28.

  2. Another thing that works well is to remove all unhealthy foods from the house.Obviously a handful of fuit or nutscan stay, but ice cream, chips and candy ect. must go!

  3. Fab Pinay:
Tea is real good for you son, so drink up. I would only watch out for drinking too much green tea if you are on blood thinning medication. In fact, you might check with your doctor if you are on any medication at all to see if green tea interacts with it. One cup should be fine though, and your nighttime herbal tea should be fine too, but again check with your doc for any real medical questions.

  4. I’ve been drinking a diet herbal tea for many years now to help me move regularly. I’ve been intrigued with Green Tea and I wanted to know if i can still do Green Tea during the day (like in the morning instead of coffee), and still do my diet herbal tea at night? Is there such a thing as tea over-dose?

  5. I wouldn’t usually comment to a blog however I am interested in your post so I was compelled to do so. Going off topic a bit, what is your opinion concerning walking? Which is generally being put forward as the best exercise to burn fat.
