Free Fitness and Nutrition eBooks


I am going to write at least one eBook for Project Swole. It will be anywhere between 5-20 pages, or whatever it takes for me to convey my message.

My question to you, Project Swole readers, is what would you like to see in a free fitness and nutrition eBook?

I can write about any of the topics you might find online, either on this site or on any other site.

This eBook could talk about:

  • a massive diets review
  • a sample 3×5 weight training routine
  • an example of a targeted carbohydrate weight loss diet
  • how to lose 15 lbs in 30 days
  • how to gain muscle for skinny guys
  • this list could go on forever…

Basically I want to know what you all want to see. Please leave comments and let me know what you would like to read about in a free eBook.

    • So you’re basically looking to gain muscle. Follow the routine and diet outlined in the Werewolf Training post. You’re right though, I should really write an eBook.
