		<description>Hi Steve, Thanks for a really interesting post. I am nearly 60 and have never had a 6 pack, maybe 4 once. I run 10 miles 5x a week and do a bit of weght lifting crunches etc. but I think it&#039;s more about genetics for me, that is the wrong ones. Man it&#039;s tough.</description>
