		<description>HTS: Endurance running is horrible. It destroys your ankles, knees, hips, and spine, as well as taking a toll on the rest of your body. Even if you run on a soft surface it will wear on the joints in your lower body after a while. However, high intensity interval training (HIIT) is great. The frequency and duration are much lower, so your body takes less of a beating, and it works better for both fat loss and muscle gain. 

I do have to agree that pull-ups are great!</description>
