Wow, looking back now I can say I definitely did not accomplish many of my web project goals from last year. Maybe this year will be different.

Kimber:
That would be because I've been really sick basically the entire month of February. As it turns out, my girlfriend lost a total of 15 pounds in 3 weeks, and she's kept 12 of them off, but she's back to eating a normal healthy diet again rather than the 3 week fat loss blitz.

As for me, I've been wicked ill so not only did I drop 8 pounds from this diet, but I've also lost an additional 7 pounds from living on my death bed for about 2 straight weeks.

Just this week I'm starting to exercise and eat properly again. February was indeed a bad month for me.

Additionally, my side projects will be up and running again soon. I still have plans to release a Project Shred, a new 5x5 workout plan, and a site called FitWire that I'm sure all of you will enjoy. More details to follow.

Well Kim, I don't have an opinion on pre-bagged salads as I don't use them. If I did, I would choose a salad with green lettuce such as romaine. I would also add fresh spinach to my salad and lots of freshly cut vegetables. You are correct in saying that iceberg lettuce is useless.

Sounds pretty cool! I'll definitely be reading it, although I don't know if I will be brave enough to follow it!

Random Diet Question: Of all the prebagged salad varieties available today, which would you say is healthiest? I know that iceberg is pretty much useless, but where do the rest of the "spring mix", "baby spinach", "Italian yakkety-yak" mixes fall on the scale?

Thanks in advance for any advice on this.
