One only needs to brush after meals, floss every day, and use a tongue scraper at least once a day to get rid of the bacteria that sits around on our tongues. Other breath savers include Listerine mouthwash, Listerine breath strips, Listerine breath spray, and various minty gums. I usually choose Trident White or Orbit White.</description>

		<description>Obviously eating a healthy diet can only be on balance considered a good thing.  One thing not many people now, even in my line of work, is that dieting can give you chronic bad breath.  Drinking plenty of water can only help reduce it though.  

There really is no winning.</description>
