Jay: Thanks for the feedback and thanks for fighting so hard for our country (Jay in is the US Army). You are right, the 200 workout is for sissies, the 300 workout is a warm up, and I'm sure your 400 workout is for real men. As soon as that 400 workout plan is done, let us know... unless you are bullshitting, which is always possible on the Internet.

I am working on creating the 400 workout plan that will blow your muscles completely off. If you try the 200 workout for girls then that's where you belong. Working out is like kicking someone in the throat.

Andrew:
Yeah you could do that. I'd get pretty sick of either of those workouts after 10 weeks, but of course if you change 25% of the exercises each week you can avoid boredom and get better overall full body conditioning.

yall quit whining what you do is the 200 workout (as shown) for 10 weeks to prepare for the 300 workout and do the 300 workout for 10 weeks(but make sure you start the 200 workout on a monday and do it through friday so after 10 weeks of it you have the weekend to rest up for the start of the 300 workout)

Carl:
How do you fail to see that carrying out modified version of the 300 Workout Challenge combined with thrice weekly kickboxing, will not get anyone into incredible shape? What I am trying to say is that you can take the 300 Workout, alter it, and actually train that way in order to maximize physical preparation for that type of workout.

I'm not saying that anyone should perform the 300 Workout Challenge on a continual prolonged basis as a regular workout program.

no. no. no. the 300 workout was done once and only once. it was as much a psychological thing as it was physical. doing the same workout for days on end is just silly. bang out the 300 workout once. see how you do. train hard and come back to it months down the line and see how you do then. please, go to gymjones.com and read up a little more about it. it's made very clear there. he should know, Mark Twight and his assistant Logan Hood came up with the whole deal.
