I come from a Bodybuilding background, but have been training in MMA for the last 5 months, and my tutor emphasizes alot of high intensity sledgehammer / tire flipping and backyard stuff, really ghetto, but its helped my stamina a ton and i think it helps the stabilizer muscles more more than say strict weight training / conditioning workouts.

Need to be able to state that I thought this is a highly very good write-up. I've truly forever liked Mma and it really is so good to see a fabulous weblog which takes Mixed martial arts to this level. I have recently began to be able to get in Mma training myself and also I am really wanting to end up with at least a tad reasonably competitive with the training. Not looking to move straight into the ring or anything like that just at this point! Any kind of ideas when it comes to exactly what I should be doing to achieve well. Anyway, pleaqse do go on with the superb work for this internet site and also the fine reports.
