Many of you have been asking about my free trial review of Bromalite, so here it is.
First, re-read my post about receiving a free trial of Bromalite the All Natural Digestive Supplement. This post will tell you what is in Bromalite, how to take it, why you might want to take it, and why the product interests me in the first place.
The manufacturers of Bromalite sent me a bottle in the mail for free, and asked if I would do a product review. I’m not going to be biased either way, for or against this product. Here is my honest review.

Finally I am starting to feel just slightly better after battling illness for well over a week. This is still just a short nonsense blog post, but I finally feel comfortable writing material again.
I did end up having to go to the doctor, who ended up prescribing me antibiotics. But I also wanted to mention that I picked up some generic Sudafed with Pseudoephedrine, and that really helped a lot with trying to deal with my stuffy sinus infection.
Don’t get the Pseudoephedrine-free version though, as I hear it doesn’t help that much. Instead, ask for the real deal at the pharmacy window. Most stores no longer stock the high Pseudoephedrine based Sudafed in the isles, instead they have it protected in the back room where the pharmacists are.
That is all I have to say for now, as I am exhausted and must get to bed.

I’m am still on my death bed, and my computer was down for 2 days, so I haven’t had time to write any good content for you guys. I will post something useful very soon though, even if I’m still sick.
I only have a few things to report:
- I upgraded my PC from 512 kb RAM to 4 gb RAM. Now it is faster, and I am psyched.
- I upgraded my USB wireless adapter to a D-Link DWA-552 PCI wireless adapter (i.e. the network card is IN the computer). Now my Internet connection doesn’t dump out every half hour, and I am psyched.
- I upgraded my Linksys G-series wireless router to a Netgear N-series wireless router. I don’t know as anything has improved from that upgrade yet, so I’m bummed that I spent the 100 bones on it.
-
My first new project is almost complete. I call it FitWire and here is the latest draft of the logo. I can’t say anything else about it yet.
- My second guest post with Diets In Review has come and gone. I don’t think it was a super great post, but hopefully someone will benefit from it. You can find that post at How to Train Legs part 2.
- I have seen the new Friday the 13th movie and it is good, but now I am exhausted because I went to the 9:30 showing.
So, that’s it. I’m sick in the lungs and sinuses. Trying to rest and medicate, but it’s not working. Soon I’m sure I will go to the docs.
I have many great posts coming up shortly, so please don’t give up on me yet.

Kids make me sick.
No, I don’t hate kids. They don’t disgust me. They just give me germs.
The reason I haven’t posted anything all week, is because I’ve been fighting a sinus infection and what we think might be bronchitis. The bronchitis seems to be getting better, but the sinus infection makes me feel like my head is going to blow up.
If you have a sinus infection, instead of getting on antibiotics, this is what you can do:

Look, now I’m turning up in other places online!
Somehow dietsinreview.com gave me an opportunity to write a guest post. You can find it at How to Train Legs part 1.
I had originally written a 1500 word article for this, but ended up having to shorten it to 2, 500 word pieces. Now I know what it feels like when a Hollywood director is forced to cut 20 minutes off of his movie to be able to get his R rated movie down to a PG-13 rating.
Thanks to Diets in Review for giving me my first chance to write a unique guest post on a high profile website.
I also published a guest post from Heather Ashare of Diets in Review fame. You can find that post at Yoga for Men. Thanks Heather!

Yoga for Men
When it comes to yoga, most men who spend their time weight-lifting at the gym shake their head and brush this five-thousand year-old tradition off as a woman’s or elderly form of physical activity. They equate yoga with soft-flowing movements, dimly-lit rooms, burning incense and maybe a few chanted “Oms.”
In reality, yoga can be a great resource for strength training, flexibility, and injury prevention, for both men and women.

Read on to discover why supplementing with fish oil is important for you, but even more so if you are diabetic.
Why You Want To Supplement with Fish Oil
Simply stated, Omega-3 consumption is directly linked to the reduction of triglycerides and therefore a decrease in risk for developing coronary heart disease.
Being that diabetics have an increased risk of heart disease from elevated levels of triglycerides, this is most important for those individuals, but is still important for the rest of us. Fortunately I am not diabetic yet, although I am annoyingly insulin resistant. Hopefully I will never develop type II diabetes.

It’s Project Swole’s first ever product giveaway!
We all know how important it is to get enough essential fatty acids in your diet, especially Omega-3s. What better way to get your daily dose of Omega-3s, than to supplement with fish oil?
If you are unfamiliar with the benefits of supplementing with fish oil, read some of the following posts:

Fish Oil Benefits
The essential Omega-3 fatty acids are alpha-linoleic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The human body cannot synthesize Omega-3 fatty acids, but it can form 20 and 22 carbon, unsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids from the 18 carbon Omega 3 fatty acid ALA.
Both the Omega-3 ALA and Omega-6 linoleic acid are essential nutrients which must be obtained from food or supplements.
Synthesis of the longer Omega-3 fatty acids from linoleic acid within the body is competitively slowed by the Omega-6 analogues. This is why it is very easy to end up with a deficit of Omega-3 fatty acids if additional Omega-3s are not ingested through Omega-3 supplementation.

Since the late 1990’s Dr. John Berardi has published 8 scientific abstracts; 15 scientific papers and textbook chapters; presented at nearly 50 scientific, exercise, and nutrition related conferences; and published countless articles online.
His first articles at Testosterone Magazine so many years ago, provided me with the basis for everything I know about nutrition today. Now I will turn some of that knowledge over to you in the form of Nutrition Tips written by Dr. Berardi himself.
